Shaolin Chin-Na Set 1
WHITE TIGER PRESENTS CLAW

The 72 sequences of the Shaolin chin-na techniques are linked together to form 7 sets, with 10 sequences for each set, except the last set which has 12 sequences. These sets are named after the first sequence except the first set which is named after the second sequence because the name of the first sequence has been used for another set in our school.

These chin-na sets are a good example of hiding secrets in the open. Even experienced kungfu practitioners may have difficulty finding the chin-na techniques and their sequences. But those who attended the Special Chin-Na Course in Sabah in 2008 should be able to recognize them quite easily.

The video below shows the first chin-na set, White Tiger Presents Claw.
