NORTHERN SHAOLIN SEVEN-STAR SET

This Northern Shaolin Seven-Star Set is excellent for the physically weaker and smaller-sized exponent against a physically stronger and bigger-sized opponent. Grandmaster Wong learned the set in the early 1970s from his sifu, Patriarch Ho Fatt Nam, who in turn learned it from his simu, a small=sized kungfu expert who was the wife of a grandmaster of the Art of Lightness. The specialties of this set are the organ-seeking kick, the seven-star jump and the seven-star grip.
