θ‡ͺη™Όε‹•εŠŸ

Self-Manifested Chi Movement is coined by the modern chi kung master, Dr Yan Xin, of China. In the past it was known as entering Zen or entering Tao. In Western terms it is entering into a highter level of consciousness. In our school, Shaolin Wahnam, it is the platinum chi kung for overcoming any illness.

Any number of chi kung exercises can be used, and the external movement is vigorous, like rolling on the floor, laughing or crying. A suitable number is about 3 chi kung exercises, and the exercises should be perform continuously as a set starting in normal speed but becoming faster and faster. The student usually feels emotionally released after the set of exercises.
