The course (Intensive Chi Kung Course) is very helpful, especially in entering into a chi kung state of mind. You can enter into a chi kung state of mind easily, but more than 80% of so-called chi kung practitioners only perform gentle physical exercise, and they do not know it.

Many people still join the same course because they want to deepen their skills. For example, at random Sifu Andrew and Sifu Roland of Switzerland have joined the Intensive Chi Kung Course many, many times. They are in fact teaching the same three chi kung exercises, but each time they attend the same Intensive Chi Kung Course, they learn something they have not learned before.

June 2021 Part 1

Intensive Chi Kung Course

You can practice any one of the exercises, or a combination if you wish. Practice for just about 10 minutes to generate an energy flow, two sessions a day, once in the morning and the other in the evening or at night. The energy flow can be gentle or vigorous depending on your judgment. Or you can just have an energy flow and let Nature takes its course. In about a month's time, you will be full of good health.

One good reason why I have not produced videos is because the onus of chi kung is skills, and not techniques. It is the same as driving or swimming. One may learn driving or swimming techniques from good books or good videos, but unless he has the necessary skills, he cannot drive or swim.
