GLIMPSES OF INTENSIVE SHAOLIN KUNGFU COURSE
9th to 15th April 2011, Penamg
Day 1 - Morning Session
Stance training is probably the most important exercise to develop internal force
It was a comprehensive as well as in-depth course covering all important aspects of kungfu training, including stance training, footwork, basic patterns, developing internal force, exploding force, breath control and combat application.
Students also systematically learned how to make modifications in their attack and defence following their combat sequences, as well as to follow through if an opponent is hesitant in his response. It was also the first time Grandmaster Wong introduced Aikido attacks and how to counter them.
