THE TACTIC OF DEFLECT AND STRIKE
"Deflect and strike" is a very effective tactic to use against a Boxer. As he throws jabs or crosses, deflect them, cover him adequately and strike him decisively. Grandmaster Wong shows some common mistakes students make in deflecting a Boxer's attacks. Your deflecting movements should be firm yet agile, and cover an opponent's hand effectively.
