When practicing stances to develop internal force, you must not forget to be agile too. Solidity and agility are the two aspects of yin-yang harmony. Indeed, surprising it may be to many people, stance training when performed correctly improves your agility. Anpther excellent way to improve your agility is to practice the Art of Flexibility.
