WHO SAYS THERE IS NO GROUND FIGHTING IN SHAOLIN KUNGFU?

Shaolin Kungfu

Sifu Jamie demonstrates a Wrestling Pin-Down known in Shaolin Kungfu as "Lohan Takes an Afternoon Nap"

Who says there is no ground fighting in Shaolin Kungfu? Sifu Jamie demonstrates some typical wrestling pin-downs which are also found in Shaolin Kungfu, such as "Lohan Takes an Afternoon Nap", "Frog Crouching on Ground", "Lohan Pushes Cart", and "Riding Donkey Reverse Way".

We would like to record our thanks to Sifu Kai Uwe who first introduced these wrestling pin-downs and their counters to our school. These techniques are now taught in our Warrior Projects headed by Sifu Kai Uwe, and assisted by Sifu Jamie Robson.
