DEFENCE AGAINST SIDE STRIKE

"Hang a Golden Star" and "Immortal Emerges from Cave" represent a defence and an attack of a side strike. Practice the individual patterns slowly and correctly, then its combat application. Start with Level 1 then progress to Level 3.

Only one side is shown in the combat application of the two patterns. Practice the other side.
