Choose any one of the following four combat sequences. Practice your chosen sequence at least 30 times every day for at least 3 months or until the Summer Camp, where we shall learn to use the sequence against any free-sparring opponents, including what to do when an opponent fights back, or when he fights out of our planned routine.
