LIFE IS NOT A RACE ANYMORE; IT IS JUST A STATE IN WHICH I CAN DECIDE WHETHER TO BE HAPPY OR NOT
There is nothing I could ever say or do that would express the overwhelming feeling of gratitude I feel for what you have done for many families in the world, including mine. I will be eternally thankful for helping my mother and father to overcome pain and illness, for helping them attain longevity and giving them the opportunity to enjoy life to its fullest.
Your teachings have also inspired my wife, helping her overcome fears and pain. Thanks to you she has never looked happier and she will be blessed with a long life of happiness. For the above, I do not have enough time or words in this world to express the feelings of respect and gratitude that overflow my heart.
I will also be eternally thankful for rescuing me from “myself” and opening my heart to boundless happiness. Before my first chi-kung course with you, I was completely lost living a life with a false pursuit of success.
I felt I had to do better, study harder or work faster than any other to prove I was worth it. Life looked more like a race, where the only objective was to get from one milestone to another with the only pursuit of getting there faster than anyone else.
I was haunted by fear, pain and I was completely lost and sad. Despite many blessings I had, I was completely unable to enjoy my life. Your teachings, your art and your example triggered a change in my mind and in my soul since the very first “smile from your heart” that you pronounced in the course. Since then, every chi flow has been unveiling a part of me that is beautiful, a part of me I want it to shine more.
There is yet much work to be done, many things to let go off and much happiness to be shared. But thanks to Sifu’s teaching and example, I strive to be the best person I would possibly ever be. For me, life is not a race anymore... it is just a state in which I can decide whether to be happy or not.
For the first time in my life, I practice the art you generously taught us, not to be the best at something... I just practice it to be happier and make those around me happier.
For the above and for much more that I cannot express in words, I would like to thank Sifu from the bottom of my heart.
Eternally thankful, Your student,
