FULL OF GOOD DREAMS

The following is actually a personal letter, but as it could be inspiring to other people, especially its personal touch, it is posted in this Comments section, with the approval of the sender.

I had the most wonderful time in Malaysia. Just like you said the people are great and the country is beautiful. I felt so great and energetic there. I felt FREE, in control of myself, and full of good dreams

Eugene in Malaysia

Dear Sifu,

First of all I can not thank you enough for what you have done for me. All my misery and depression that tortured me so much was like a bad nightmare. I feel like I've awakened and am back as myself again.

I still haven't fully realized what has happened. I look in the mirror and I see myself as I was four years ago. My energy is back I want to do so many things now. The world looks bright and calm. And I look and feel the same way.

Like you said I still feel some tightness in my chest, but as soon as I do, I don't panic or get anxious. I just stop, relax for a second and do "Lifting the Sky", and feel great again. I know with practise, I will get rid of it completely.

I stand up straight now, don't slouch and I shave like you advised. I told my whole family and friends and everyone is really excited. I would love for you to come to New York, next year. I will arrange everything with the help of my school, which co-sponsored the Qigong Congress in San Francisco. Could you just tell me the details, like how many people to make a good class, how much you would charge and how long you would like to come for. I will start working on it as soon as possible.

Once again I would love to thank you. I had the most wonderful time in Malaysia. Just like you said the people are great and the country is beautiful. I felt so great and energetic there. I felt FREE, in control of myself, and full of good dreams. I felt relaxed physically and mentally.

But most of all you made me so comfortable and confident in what I was doing. Without exaggeration, you are the most true, honest, pure and beautiful person I have had the pleasure of meeting. I learned so much from you that will make my life completely different. And I'm only 23 and feel ageless (young).

I do have one question though. How do I help my parents? When I was depressed they went through a lot too. Sometimes I look at them and worry more so about my mom. She developed back problem, she is not as happy any more, she gets tired too much and I can see that she is not 100%. But she wouldn't tell me that, but I can see it when I look at her. And at times I start to worry a little too much. How can I help her?

They did so much for me by supporting me all this time I ought to give some thing back. I want them to feel like I do.

I've decided to write a comment for your web page in about a month when I am completely transformed. I would like to tell people the details, from start to finish. I'm sure a lot of people would relate to my problem.

Thank you so much,
Your HAPPY :) Student Eugene.
