EXPANDING INTO THE COSMOS
After having generated a lot of internal force, course participants focused the force at their dan tian. Then the participants expanded into the Cosmos, attaining a very high level of spiritual cultivation.
Iron Wire training gives us a lot of internal force and mental clarity, which is useful not only for combat, but more significantly for peak performance in daily life.
