BEING SOLID AND AGILE AT THE SAME TIME

In his early years of stance training, Grandmaster Wong gripped his toes. But later he discovered that if he just relaxed and let chi flow down from his legs into the ground, he was more stable.

Stance training not only makes us solid but also agile. We can be solid and agile at the same time which is the height of yin-yang harmony, not just when we want to be solid we are solid, and when we want to be agile we are agile, which is yin-yang harmony at a lower level. 6th June 2017, Guildford, England.
