Course participants practice how to handle a Boxer's hooks


This video series shows course participants practice how to handle a Boxer’s hooks. A hook is powerful but it is short-range. Knowing its strong point and weakness will enable you to counter it effectively. How would you counter his continuous strikes? Simple. Once you can close him, he would be unable to continue his strikes, and you can counter-strike him safely.
