A great secret of Taijiquan mechanics is flowing with an opponent's momentum. Waist rotation is a crucial point to accomplish this. If a practitioner can apply Taijiquan mechanics well, even if he has no internal force he can still overcome bigger-sized and physically stronger opponents.
