DON'T GIVE FREE OFFERS TO YOUR OPPONENTS
A common mistake many martial artists make today is to expose their groin when attacking
In today's sparring and fighting, many martial artists give free offers to their opponents, though often both they and their opponents do not realize it. They fight in such a way that their opponents can defeat them without the opponents doing anything extra. In other words they hand their defeat to their opponents, not their opponents securing victory for themselves. Of course we must take care not to give free offers.
