Once you understand the basic principles, you can move in any directions


Once you have understood the basic principles and have acquired reasonable skills, you can move in any directions in any stances. While being agile in your movements, you must also be stable and solid at the same time. "Being stable and agile at the same time" may sound ridiculous to the uninitiated.
