STEPPING AND GLIDING FORWARD AND BACKWARD

Shaolin Kung Fu

Do you know why this form is bad?

You may step or glide forward and backward. In stepping forward or backward you change your leg mode. For example if you start with a right Bow-Arrow Stance, after stepping forward or backward you are in a left Bow-Arrow Stance. In gliding forward or backward you remain at the same stance. If you start with a right Bow-Arrow stance, after gliding forward or backward you are still in a right Bow-Arrow Stance
