HOW WOULD YOU COUNTER WHEN YOUR HEAD IS LOCKED?
If an opponent locks your head in his elbow and simultaneously strikes your head with his other fist, how would you counter his attack?
Many students are familiar with using "Hiding Flowers in Sleeves" to release an arm lock. Do you know that you can also use this pattern to lock an opponent? Here you lock the opponent's head with one hand and strike him with the other. How would you come out of this precarious situation? A good counter is "Fierce Tiger Returns to Plain". The lifting of your elbow deflects his strike as well as strikes him at the same time.
