Naughty Monkey Kicks at Tree
Some people have the mis-conception that there are no or few kicks in Shaolin Kungfu. In fact there are more kicks in Shaolin Kungfu than the kicks in all the other martial arts put together! Five typical kicks are shown here, namely side-kicks, thrust kick, high kicks, organ kicks and sweeping kicks. You should practice these kicks well before apply them in combat.
