A TREASURE FOR TRAINING ENERGY AND MIND
Grandmaster Wong performs One-Finger Shooting Zen while sitting on a horse stance
When you can remain at the Horse-Riding Stance comfortably for some time, and can perform the "One-Finger Shooting Zen" movements correctly and elegantly, you can progress to performing the movements at a Horse-Riding Stance, which is the standard mode in practicing this important internal force training method. "One-Finger Shooting Zen" is a treasure of our school, and is excellent in training energy and mind.
