Grandmaster Wong performs One-Finger Shooting Zen while standing upright
You may perform "One-Finger Shooting Zen" in a standing upright position. This is very useful when you are not yet able to remain comfortably for some time at your Horse-Riding Stance. In this way, you are able not only to learn and perform the movements correct but also to generate an energy flow.
