Grandmaster Wong explains how you can explode force with your left palm

After self-choice and free-choice, the next stage in our sparring methodology is continuation, which can be carried out by the initiator or the responder. After completing the first sequence, which at this stage the initiator may choose from any of the Combat Sequences 1 to 5, the initiator or the responder continues to the second sequence which he can choose from any of the Combat Sequences 1 to 5 too.

Then the course participants proceed to Combat Sequence 6, where the left palm strike in the pattern "Dark Dragon Draws Water" is used. Grandmaster Wong explains how to explode force with the left palm. In principles it is the same as exploding force with the right punch as in "Black Tiger Steals Heart".
