Bow-Arrow Stance - notice the pyramid shape

The Bow-Arrow Stance and the False-Leg Stance are sometimes called fighting stances as they are frequently used in combat. Our Bow-Arrow Stance is quite different from that performed by many other schools. Take note of the differences, and understand why we perform the stance the way we do. It is easy to make mistakes in the False-Leg Stance, which may lead to knee and back injuries. Take note on how to perform it correctly.
