The exercises show in the video clips here are not just for stretching leg muscles. They are chi kung exercises for leg flexibility as well as general flexibility. Hence they are called the art of flexibility.

As chi kung, they have other benefits too. For example, after performing one, more or all of the exercises below, a practitioner may go into chi flow and enjoy its relevant benefits, like overcoming pain and illness and increasing vitality.

These exercises were initially not found in the syllabus of Wahnam Taijiquan, but are now included as a result of Sifu Jeffrey?s recommendation
