CHI KUNG FOR PEAK PERFORMANCE

The two essential requirements for peak performance are mental clarity and internal force. Focusing on the physical movement or on the breath of any chi kung exercise, like "Lifting the Sky", is an effective way to attain mental clarity. "Pushing Mountain" and "Cosmic Shower" are excellent exercises for developing internal force.
