The fundamental benefits of chi kung are

  1. Good health
  2. Vitality
  3. Logevity
Practicing genuine chi kung will give practitioners good health, vitality and longevity as a matter of course. As a matter of fact, some practitioners may not have these wonderful benefits if they do not practice, practice wrongly or over-practice.

Before attaining good health, a person must over-come his (or her) illness. Indeed, many people today practice chi kung because they want to overcome their illness, especially so-called incurable diseases.
