EXPLODING FORCE IN FOUR GATES

Force could be exploded in the first sequence of Four Gates without neglecting its picture-perfect form. Gradually all the four sequences of Four Gates were performed with force and good form. This was the force method, which was form-force-flow. The flow approach would be learnt in the next stage.
