HOW CAN I BETTER ENJOY MY CHI KUNG PRACTICE

Don't worry, don't intellectuzlize, and enjoy your practice

Question

Besides “don’t worry, don’t intellectualize, enjoy your practice”, how can I better enjoy my chi kung practice?

Answer

One can still enjoy his practice if he still worries and intellectualizes. But if he doesn’t worry but only intellectualizes, or doesn’t intellectualizes but still worries, he will enjoy his practice more.

If he does not worry, does not intellectualize, and enjoy his practice, he will enjoy his practice the most.

If you can do these three things, i.e. stop worrying, stop intellectualizing, and enjoying your practice, I shall be very happy. Even if you can ger only 30% of what you have learned from me, I shall still be very happy.

You don’t have to intellectualize what other things you should do to better enjoy your practice. If you do so, you will enjoy your practice less.
